“Yoga used to be something I did just to stretch and condition my physical body. Now it is a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual practice for me—a continuing journey of experiencing awareness and fullness in life.”
Lachelle is a certified 200 RYT and approaches yoga with a desire to connect mind, body and breath in a moving practice that both relaxes and strengthens the body. She started practicing yoga in 2014 and it has quickly become a dominant staple in her life. Her aim as a yoga practitioner and instructor is to pursue mindfulness and instill truth.
“As an instructor, it’s my hope that when people leave class, they feel rejuvenated, connected, and inspired in their personal practice.”
Originally from the Snoqualmie Pass area Lachelle and her husband Auren moved back to the Pass in the spring of 2017. Besides enjoying activities that living in the mountains provide, Lachelle is a photographer and candlemaker and spends her free time reading, baking and traveling.
